Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of mdottech.com and to services you buy from MDOT Technology (“MDOT”, “we”, “us”). If a signed proposal or agreement says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Don’t misuse it: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or send spam through our forms or WhatsApp number. Content on this site describes our services in general and is not a binding offer.
2. Free audit
The free audit is a no-obligation call. Its findings are our honest opinion based on what we can see. You are free to act on them yourself or with anyone else.
3. Quotes and payment
- Every project starts with a written quote or proposal stating scope, price and timeline.
- Unless the quote says otherwise: 50% is due before work starts and 50% on go-live. Monthly fees are paid in advance.
- Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
- If payment is more than 15 days overdue, we may pause the service until it is paid.
4. Third-party costs and platforms
Our services run on third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google, AI providers and hosting companies. You pay their charges directly, on your own accounts, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Their rules, prices and features can change at any time, and they can restrict or suspend accounts. We’ll help you deal with such changes, but we are not responsible for them.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and content we need.
- Make sure you have the legal right and the necessary consent to contact the people whose numbers or details you give us, including old enquiry lists for Old-Lead Revival campaigns.
- Check the facts, prices and claims the AI assistant is set up to share about your business, and tell us when they change.
- For your customers’ personal data, you remain the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act. We process it only on your instructions.
6. AI assistants
AI assistants we set up answer from the information you approve, and hand over to your team when they can’t. AI can occasionally make mistakes. Review conversations regularly, and don’t use the assistant for medical, legal or financial advice.
7. Results
We work hard to improve your response times, follow-up and bookings, and we report results honestly. We can’t guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales, rankings or revenue, because they depend on factors outside our control.
8. Ownership
- Once you’ve paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you: website content and design, custom code, and your data and accounts.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and you get a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- We may mention you as a client and publish results only with your written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. This continues after our work together ends.
10. Cancellation
- Monthly services are month-to-month. Either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice (email or WhatsApp is fine).
- One-time projects: if you cancel midway, you pay for the work done up to that point. The upfront payment covers this up to its amount.
- When we finish working together, we hand over your accounts, data and code access within 14 days.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by third-party platforms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll first try to resolve any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
